1. Acceptance
By using Ascend Client, you agree to these terms. We provide software "as is" and are not responsible for account bans or hardware issues resulting from use on third-party servers.
2. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our software, all sales are final. Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from all Ascend services.
3. Usage Policy
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute Ascend Client. Any attempt to crack or leak the software will result in termination of your license.
